Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and manage civil maintenance works for residential and commercial buildings.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to identify structural and finishing issues.</li><li>Prepare work schedules, material requirements, and method statements.</li><li>Supervise foremen and ensure quality of work as per standards.</li><li>Coordinate with MEP teams for combined maintenance activities.</li><li>Handle client complaints related to civil works and provide solutions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.</li><li>Prepare reports, estimates, and maintenance records.</li><li>Support cost control and material planning.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;6 years of experience in building maintenance.</li><li>Good knowledge of civil repair, waterproofing, and finishing works.</li><li>Ability to read drawings and prepare reports.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>UAE Driving License will be an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
