Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, the ability to diagnose issues efficiently, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, replacing defective parts where necessary.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to improve system efficiency and prolong lifespan.
• Handle refrigerants in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical and mechanical components in HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and service history.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical guidance to clients when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AC Technician or in a similar HVAC role.
• Diploma/Certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and best practices in AC maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in different environments (indoor/outdoor).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• [Optional: Valid UAE Driving License, preferred if role requires mobility].

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of smart HVAC controls and energy-efficient technologies.
• EPA or equivalent certification for handling refrigerants.
