We are pleased to share an opening for a Business Development Manager &ndash; Commercial Fit-Out based in Dubai.We are seeking a results-driven, well-connected professional with strong market understanding to support the growth of our interiors contracting business and secure new commercial projects.Position Details Job Title: Business Development Manager &ndash; Commercial Fit-Out Location: Dubai Department: Sales &amp; Business Development Reporting To: Sales Director Salary Range: Fixed Salary + Commissions + Travel AllowanceKey Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field</li><li>3&ndash;8 years&rsquo; experience in sales/business development within a commercial interiors contracting or fit-out company</li><li>Demonstrated ability to secure commercial interior projects across offices, retail, hospitality, F&amp;B, and mixed-use spaces</li><li>Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and expanding client portfolios</li><li>Strong network among developers, consultants, PMC firms, real estate stakeholders, and main contractors</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and manage projects from enquiry to award</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office is essential; CRM experience is preferred</li><li>Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision</li><li>UAE market experience is mandatory</li><li>Valid UAE driving license</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
