AC Technician and Helper

We are seeking a skilled AC Technicians and Helpers to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with HVAC systems and a strong understanding of troubleshooting and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and components.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
• Repair and replace defective components, including compressors, motors, and thermostats.
• Handle refrigerant refilling and leak testing as per safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an AC Technician.
• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
