AC Technician – Chiller Maintenance

We are currently looking for a skilled AC Technician (Chiller Maintenance) to join our team in Dubai.
If you have hands-on experience in chiller servicing, HVAC troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on air-cooled & water-cooled chillers.
• Diagnose faults in compressors, valves, evaporators, condensers, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration cycles, cooling towers, pumps, and HVAC equipment.
• Safely handle refrigerants (charging, recovery, leak testing).
• Install, maintain, and repair central AC units, split units, window units, and ducted systems.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical diagnostics for HVAC systems.
• Fabricate and install ducts and insulation when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
• Support emergency breakdowns and on-call duties.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in UAE/GCC (FM or contracting background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants (R410A, R134a, R22), and cooling requirements in UAE climate.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in high-temperature environments.
