About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician cum Driver to join our team in Al Barsha 1, Dubai. This dual-role position involves installation, maintenance, and repair of various air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments, along with driving responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (e.g., split units, ducted systems, HVAC).

Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults in AC systems.

Perform regular preventative maintenance for optimal performance and system longevity.

Safely handle refrigerants in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain detailed records of services performed and materials used.

Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and company standards during service and installation.

Drive to job sites and assist with transportation of tools, equipment, or team members as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in the UAE.

Solid understanding of HVAC systems, controls, wiring, and safety procedures.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Certification or diploma in HVAC or a related technical field is preferred.

Knowledge of refrigeration systems and proper refrigerant handling practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Good communication and customer service abilities.

Valid UAE driving license is required.
