AC Technician (HVAC & Duct Cleaning) – Dubai, UAE

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced AC Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems, with a strong focus on AC duct cleaning and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose faults and repair split, cassette, package, and VRF units.

Perform preventive maintenance: filter change, coil cleaning, gas topping, leak checks.

Execute AC duct cleaning (brushing, negative-air, HEPA vacuums) and disinfection to hygiene standards.

Read gauges, measure airflow/amp draw, and document findings.

Complete work orders, job photos, and customer sign-off via mobile app.

Follow HSE procedures; handle chemicals and tools safely.

Support on-call/urgent jobs as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

2–5 years’ hands-on HVAC experience in the UAE or GCC.

Proven duct cleaning experience (rotary brush / negative-pressure).

Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & refrigeration).

Valid UAE driving license (preferred/required – choose one).

Basic English for job reporting; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus.

Trade certificate/ITI/Diploma in HVAC or equivalent.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of NADCA practices / IAQ standards.

Experience with VRF diagnostics and brazing/pressure testing.

Familiarity with CMMS/mobile job apps.
