A/C Technician in MEP division

Job Title: AC Technician – MEP WorksJob Description:

We are looking for a skilled AC Technician with experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The candidate must have good knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical connections, and plumbing interfaces related to HVAC operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair all types of air conditioning systems (split units, package units, ducted systems, VRF/VRV, chillers, etc.).
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and MEP schematics.
• Ensure all AC systems comply with safety and energy efficiency standards.
• Support MEP team in coordinating with electrical and plumbing works during installation.
• Repair and replace defective equipment, components, and wiring.
• Check refrigerant levels and recharge as necessary.
• Maintain daily service and maintenance reports.
• Follow all company safety and environmental regulations.

Work Conditions:

• Duty hours: 8 hours per day + Overtime as required.
• Work locations: Commercial buildings, villas, and project sites.
• Must be willing to work under pressure and in outdoor environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
