AC Technician (Manufacturing Proffered)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial and commercial cooling systems. Candidates with a strong background in a manufacturing or factory environment will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair various types of air conditioning units (Split, Floor Standing, and Cassette units).
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure efficient operation of cooling systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects in AC systems and execute necessary repairs.
• Monitor and maintain central cooling systems or chillers if required by the facility.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance work and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an AC Technician.
• Industry Background: Previous experience working in a manufacturing plant or industrial facility is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in gas charging, compressor replacement, and PCB troubleshooting.
• Education: Diploma in HVAC/Refrigeration from a recognized technical institute (DAE preferred).
• Skills: Ability to work independently, troubleshoot under pressure, and manage physical tasks effectively.
