Job Summary

Iqbal Manpower Consultants is hiring Assistant Rotary Technicians for leading oil & gas, refinery, power plant, and industrial projects in the Gulf region. The selected candidates will support senior technicians in maintaining and servicing rotating equipment to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance, inspection, and repair of rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, fans, and blowers.
• Support alignment, coupling, and basic balancing activities.
• Help in dismantling, assembling, and overhauling machinery.
• Perform lubrication, oil checks, and basic condition monitoring.
• Assist in vibration and temperature monitoring.
• Follow preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Comply with safety rules, PTW systems, and site regulations.
• Prepare basic maintenance records and job reports.
• Support shutdown, turnaround, and emergency maintenance work.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Trade Certificate in Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience (Gulf experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of rotating machinery and plant maintenance.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and manuals.
• Physically fit for industrial site work.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
• Ability to pass trade test and medical examination.
• Basic English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or power plant projects.
• Knowledge of lubrication systems and vibration monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and permit-to-work systems.
• Computer skills for reporting (basic level).
