Job Summary

Iqbal Manpower Consultants is seeking experienced Electrical Technicians for leading industrial, construction, and facility management projects in the Gulf region. The selected candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical panels, motors, transformers, and lighting systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in industrial and commercial systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Install and maintain cables, switches, circuit breakers, and control panels.
• Test electrical equipment using testing instruments and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
• Maintain daily maintenance reports and work records.
• Support shutdown and emergency maintenance activities when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electrical – Mandatory
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance or installation.
• Experience in industrial plants, construction projects, or facility maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good knowledge of motors, control panels, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Physically fit for site work.
• Ability to pass trade test and medical examination.
• Basic English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Gulf experience in electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and motor control circuits.
• Experience with electrical testing tools and instruments.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and permit-to-work systems.
