Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Electrical to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience who are eager to develop their technical and professional skills in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational tasks
• Support senior engineers in project execution and reporting
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and analysis
• Monitor electrical systems and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments as required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university in Karachi
• Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience
• Minimum CGPA: 3.0 or above
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Good communication and analytical abilities
• Must own a motorbike for commuting
• Male candidates only

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per hour
