About the Role

Zarai Mandi is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Management Trainee (MT) who will be trained in sales operations, customer handling, market coordination, and business development. The trainee will work closely with the sales and operations teams to understand the agri-market ecosystem, customer requirements, and company sales processes.

This role is designed to increase and develop future sales executives and sales managers within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in daily sales operations and customer coordination.
• Communicate with customers regarding rates, products, and market updates.
• Maintain customer records and sales data in Google Sheets / CRM / ODOO.
• Coordinate with operations team for market information and customer requirements.
• Support in onboarding new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers and reaching out the churn customers.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and services.
• Learn company products, services, pricing structure, and sales process.
• Support business development activities and new customer acquisition.
• Perform other sales and operations related tasks assigned by management.

• Customer onboarding process
• CRM / ODOO / Sales tracking sheets
• Coordination between sales, operations, and accounts

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Economics, or related field.
• 06 months - 1 year experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills and work under pressure.
• Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
