Job Responsibilities:
Diagnosing faults, solving electrical/mechanical problems, monitoring electrical supplies, and performing preventative maintenance.
Installing, maintaining, and upgrading wiring, lighting, and electrical control systems.
Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems and related systems, Troubleshooting and diagnostic testing, load-bank testing, and start-ups and repairing generator issues.
Adjusting controls to generate specified electrical power, or to regulate the flow of power, Installing, testing and commissioning new generators and related equipment
Performing routine tests of electrical/mechanical systems, Generator and equipment, and repairing or replacing when necessary.
Documenting all servicing information and maintaining accurate records of work performed and inventory levels
Job Requirements:
DAE (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification from recognized institute.
6 Months to 1 Years of related experience/training or equivalent combination of both education and experience
Preferred knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems (such as generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units)
