AC Technician (Specialist in AC Kits, Fitment & Installation)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced AC Technician specializing in repairing AC kits, fitment, and installation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing technical issues, repairing components, and ensuring efficient installation of air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, fitment, and testing of split, window, and centralized AC systems.
• Diagnose and repair AC kits, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related components.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and servicing of AC systems.
• Ensure proper handling of refrigerants and comply with environmental and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in AC units and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide guidance to clients/customers on system usage and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to manage large-scale AC fitment and installation projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proven experience in AC installation, kit repair, and maintenance (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Proficiency in using AC diagnostic tools, meters, and repair equipment.
• Good problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Physically fit to perform installation and repair tasks.

Education & Experience

• Diploma/Certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or relevant field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as an AC Technician with expertise in kit repair and installation.
• EPA/other HVAC-related certification (preferred for international/US-based projects).
