Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AC Technician Supervisor with a minimum of 8 years of experience in construction projects, particularly high-rise buildings. The candidate will be responsible for supervising HVAC installation works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring all air conditioning systems are installed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of HVAC systems including:
• Chilled water systems
• DX systems
• VRF/VRV systems
• Split and package units
• Ducting and insulation works
• Coordinate daily site activities and assign tasks to AC technicians.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved shop drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor installation of AHU, FCU, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and ventilation systems.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Check material delivery and ensure proper storage at site.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and balancing of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation and daily progress reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in HVAC / Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction projects (High-rise preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings.
• Experience handling a team of technicians.
• Good knowledge of safety standards and site procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in UAE/GCC high-rise projects.
• Knowledge of chilled water piping and duct fabrication.
• Experience in testing & commissioning procedures.
• Leadership and manpower management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
