AC Technician with MEP Background

Job Description:

A leading technical and maintenance company in Dubai is looking to hire an experienced AC Technician with MEP background to join our growing maintenance team.
The ideal candidate should have more than 2 years of experience in the UAE, hold a valid UAE driving license, and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all types of HVAC systems including Split Units, FCUs, FAHUs, and Package Units.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning systems using proper tools and instruments.
• Inspect and adjust refrigerant levels, pressures, and temperature to ensure optimal system performance.
• Clean filters, coils, condensers, and evaporators to maintain energy efficiency.
• Check compressors, motors, and fans, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Prepare daily maintenance reports and coordinate with the technical supervisor.
• Assist in general MEP maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) when required.
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures during work.
• Work independently or as part of a team, even under pressure or tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the UAE in AC and MEP maintenance.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Good command of English (speaking and writing) to communicate with supervisors, clients, and colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and network connections.
• Ability to diagnose and fix faults using proper tools and measuring devices.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently when required.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
