Job Description:Clinica Sabah Group is seeking to hire an Operating Room Nurse to join the hospital&rsquo;s surgical team. The nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures, supporting the surgical team, and strictly adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.Key requirements: Minimum of one year of work experience in the UAE, proficiency in English., and a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare the operating room and sterilize equipment before each procedure.</li><li>Prepare patients for surgery, including assessments and necessary preparations.</li><li>Assist the surgeon and anesthesia team during surgical procedures.</li><li>Monitor patients&rsquo; vital signs during and after surgery.</li><li>Manage and document surgical instruments and medical materials used.</li><li>Handle emergency situations in the operating room efficiently.</li><li>Provide post-operative care and monitor early patient recovery.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with safety and hygiene protocols in the operating room.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Nursing degree / Bachelor of Nursing recognized by relevant authorities.</li><li>Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license.</li><li>Minimum of one year of experience as an Operating Room Nurse in the UAE.</li><li>Proficiency in English.</li><li>Knowledge of surgical procedures, medical equipment, and sterilization tools.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Organizational skills and precision under pressure.</li><li>Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Strong communication skills with patients and medical staff.</li><li>Ability to respond to emergencies and make quick, effective decisions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Operating Room Nurse: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li> Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license (Required)</li></ul>
