Healthcare Sales Representative

Clinica Sabah Speciality Hospital is looking for dynamic results-driven and high-performing Healthcare Sales Representatives to join our commercial team.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting our medical and aesthetic services, building strong patient and corporate relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through corporate partnerships, community outreach, and direct patient engagement
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets for hospital treatments and aesthetic packages
• Conduct consultations and presentations to potential corporate clients, insurance partners, and VIP patients to promote hospital services
• Deliver exceptional upselling and cross-selling by understanding patient needs and recommending appropriate treatment plans
• Maintain and update all sales pipelines, client interactions, and lead details accurately within the hospital CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and medical teams to launch promotional campaigns and packages effectively

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience within a private hospital, specialized medical center, or premium aesthetic clinic
• Technical Background Solid experience in utilizing CRM tools for pipeline management and sales tracking is mandatory
• Essential Soft Skills Outstanding negotiation, closing, and persuasion skills with a target-driven mindset
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, handle objections smoothly, and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong presentation and communication skills to represent the hospital at corporate events and meetings
• Language Skills Fluent in both Arabic and English verbal and written is highly preferred
• Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
