General Description of Profile- To provide appropriate support for online education by performing various administrative job and act as a point of reference for different partner Schools, teachers and internal department and donors. A school administrator needs to be a leader, organized and committed to the job and should work closely with Program Manager, teacher and Sahyog schools.

Key Task-

· Maintain, update, and analyze student academic records, attendance, and performance reports.

· Build and manage dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and Google Sheets for academic data tracking.

· Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Data Validation) for compiling and analyzing academic data.

· Support exam planning, result compilation, report card generation, and data audits.

· Coordinate with teaching staff, department heads, and administrative personnel to collect and verify academic information.

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders including parents, faculty, external vendors, and educational boards.

· Prepare academic reports and presentations for management and governing bodies.

Travel to other branches or external locations when required for audits, inspections, or administrative coordination

Skills required

  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level) and Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, and Dashboard Creation
  • Excellent knowledge of working in excel and google sheet
  • Good PPT making knowledge
  • Good communication skill – speaking and writing
  • Good PR skill

  • Working with other staff members to plan and implement activities to carry out the philosophy of the school.
  • Being respectful and cooperative as a member of a team of professionals.
  • Establishing a positive relationship with team and teachers of Vidya Sahyog schools
