Job Title: Academic & Admission Coordinator - Abbottabad

Salary range: PKR 30,000 – PKR 45,000 per month Plus Commission on Admissions (based on experience and skills)
Reporting to: Academic & Admission Manager
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage class schedules, trainer coordination & module delivery.
· Maintain student attendance, discipline, and assessment processes.
· Collect feedback, monitor quality, and report to Project manager/principal
· Organize classes, Medical workshops, and events.
· Handle inquiries, guide applicants, and process admissions.
· Respond promptly to all student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and in-person visits.
· Provide accurate counseling about course details, eligibility, and career outcomes.
· Maintain strong relationships with leads and nurture them through the admission process.
· Coordinate with operations and academics teams for onboarding and scheduling.
· Participate in marketing campaigns, education fairs, and outreach programs.
· Maintain admission records and follow up with students.
· Participate in outreach campaigns and student counseling sessions.
· Assist in preparing training slides, documents & mock exams.
· Communicate with students, collect feedback, and support trainers.
· Coordinate online/offline classes and manage student complaints.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Candidates with Medical field preferably BS MIT, MLT, Nursing, DPT will be given preference.
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication tools.
· Prior experience of 2-3 years in academic coordination, admissions, or student support is highly preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
