The Director of the College Discovery (CD) Program leads and manages the opportunity program at Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC). Reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs or their designee, the Director oversees the planning, delivery, and assessment of a wide range of academic, financial, and support services that help students succeed and grow. The program is designed to provide a supportive environment that promotes student retention, helps students complete their associate degrees and smoothly transfer into bachelor’s degree programs. The Director ensures the compliance of the regulations and guidelines governing the opportunity program. The Director will:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree and eight years’ related experience required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary range is $122,201 - $136,546; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
