Key Responsibilities

• Career guidance and individual counseling for students.
• Planning and facilitating professional development programs.
• Conducting market research to identify suitable job opportunities.
• Coordinating workshops, seminars, and placement-related events.
• Maintaining regular follow-ups and tracking student progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Management, or related fields).
• Experience: Open to freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal empathy, organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Personal Traits: Passionate about student career growth, patient in approach, and well-informed about current job market trends.
