Role Overview

We are seeking Academic Coordinator who will play a key leadership role in planning, organizing, and monitoring the academic programs of the school and junior college. The coordinator will ensure the implementation of the curriculum, maintain high teaching standards, and foster an engaging learning environment aligned with the institution’s vision and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Planning & Curriculum Implementation

  • Design and implement academic plans as per the school’s curriculum framework and board guidelines (SSC/HSC/CBSE/State Board).
  • Coordinate lesson plans, timetables, and assessment schedules across subjects and grades.
  • Ensure effective execution of the academic calendar, examinations, and co-curricular programs.

Teacher Support & Development

  • Guide, mentor, and monitor teachers to enhance instructional quality.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize teacher training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.

Academic Administration & Coordination

  • Liaise between school management, teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth academic functioning.
  • Prepare academic reports, maintain records, and assist in inspection and audit processes.
  • Coordinate inter-school and board-related academic activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Education, Science, Arts, or related discipline (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience and at least 2 years in an academic coordination or leadership role.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with State/CBSE curriculum frameworks and modern pedagogical practices.
