Responsibilities:

  • Oversee academic planning, implementation, and teacher training.
  • Ensure curriculum quality, lesson planning, and classroom effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and teacher feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate between management, teachers, and parents for academic excellence.
  • Organize workshops, events, and educational programs.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with school policies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with NTT / B.Ed. / ECCE qualification.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,293.28 - ₹45,575.54 per month
