Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for academic growth aligned with the company’s mission and long-term vision.
  • Oversee curriculum planning and innovation to ensure relevance, rigor, and alignment with current educational standards.
  • Identify emerging trends and adapt academic strategies accordingly.

2. Curriculum & Program Management

  • Coordinate with faculty to design, review, and update course content across various programs.
  • Ensure all learning materials meet institutional quality benchmarks and enhance student engagement.
  • Propose new course offerings in response to evolving learner needs.

3. Faculty Management & Development

  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of teaching staff.
  • Foster a culture of professional growth through training workshops, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Support, and Quality Control teams to ensure smooth academic delivery.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Maintain high teaching and learning standards across all academic programs.
  • Oversee course evaluations, student feedback, and assessment processes to ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external accreditation requirements.

5. LMS Management

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Collaborate with technical and academic teams to manage course uploads, user access, and performance analytics.
  • Ensure LMS content accuracy, functionality, and user satisfaction.

6. Student Support & Engagement

  • Address academic concerns and resolve student grievances effectively.
  • Promote inclusivity and diversity within the learning environment.
  • Encourage student participation in academic and research-based initiatives.

7. Training & Teaching

  • Develop and deliver training modules for new and existing teachers.
  • Conduct student classes initially, transitioning responsibilities to assigned instructors as needed.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with the Marketing team to develop effective academic messaging, ad copy, and promotional material.
  • Represent the academic department in internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.

Salary from 50k to 85k, it will depend on the interview

Timings: 5 pm to 2 am

Days: Monday to Saturday

Other Benefits: Serves Tea/Coffee, Subsidized Dinner, Friendly Environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Base Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
