Job Title: Academic Coordinator (NCERT Syllabus)

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator to oversee the academic operations of grades 1-12, following the NCERT syllabus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of academic activities, supporting teachers, and driving student success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the implementation of the NCERT syllabus

- Ensure compliance with academic policies and procedures

- Maintain accurate records and reports

Teacher Support:

- Guide and support teachers in planning and delivering lessons

- Monitor teacher attendance and provide feedback

- Facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers

Student Support:

- Ensure students' academic progress and well-being

- Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to support students

- Communicate with parents and guardians on student progress

Timetable Management:

- Prepare and manage timetables

- Ensure timely distribution of timetables to teachers and students

Communication:

- Ensure effective communication between teachers, students, and parents

- Prepare and circulate circulars, notices, and other academic communications

Requirements:

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an academic coordination or teaching role, preferably with NCERT syllabus

- Qualifications: Master's degree in any discipline (B.Ed. or M.Ed. preferred)

- Skills:

- Fluency in English communication (written and spoken)

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
