Job Description:The Creek Planet School is looking for a dynamic and experienced Academic Coordinator to oversee and enhance the academic operations of our CBSE schools. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth curriculum implementation, support teachers, monitor academic quality, and drive continuous improvement aligned with CBSE and NEP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of the CBSE curriculum and academic calendar.
• Coordinate lesson planning, assessments, and syllabus completion across grades.
• Monitor classroom delivery through regular observations and feedback sessions.
• Identify teacher training needs and organize professional development programs.
• Supervise assessment design, evaluation, and result analysis to improve student outcomes.
• Prepare academic schedules, timetables, and examination plans.
• Ensure adherence to CBSE guidelines and institutional academic policies.
• Collaborate with school leadership and parents on academic performance and initiatives.
• Drive innovative teaching-learning strategies and enrichment activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Postgraduate with B.Ed (mandatory).
• Experience:10-12 years of teaching experience with at least 3 years as an Academic Coordinator / HOD in a reputed CBSE school.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, NEP framework, and assessment methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and academic management tools.
