Academic Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time / On-site
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Academic Coordinator to manage academic planning, scheduling, faculty coordination, and student support to ensure smooth academic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage academic schedules, timetables, and class allocation.
  • Coordinate with faculty for lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and exam management.
  • Ensure timely distribution of study materials, assessments, and academic circulars.
  • Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and discipline policies.
  • Organize academic events, workshops, assessments, parent meetings, and orientation programs.
  • Address academic queries of students and parents and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Prepare academic reports, maintain student records, and manage databases.
  • Support management in implementing new academic policies, quality standards, and improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise between faculty, administration, and management for smooth academic operations.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Leadership and team-handling ability.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite / ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and solution-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic administration/coordination (preferred; not mandatory if highly skilled).
