Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure lesson plans, activities, and assessments align with learning objectives.
  • Coordinate preparation of academic calendars, timetables, and annual plans.
  • Guide teachers in instructional strategies and classroom management.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize teacher orientation, training, and professional development workshops.
  • Track student progress through assessments, assignments, and evaluations.
  • Identify learning gaps and coordinate remedial programs.
  • Coordinate academic events such as exhibitions, fairs, competitions, and assemblies.
  • Organize academic meetings, parent–teacher interactions, and orientation programs.
  • Monitor discipline, attendance, and participation in learning activities.
  • Encourage holistic development through co-curricular and enrichment programs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • UG with B.Ed
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate teams.
