Content Coordinator

We are looking for a Content Coordinator to serve as the key link between our academic team and the partner school in NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all classroom content activities, ensuring smooth implementation of lesson plans, assessments, and daily academic operations.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring close collaboration with teachers, school staff, and the central content team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between the school and the central academic/content team for smooth execution of curriculum plans.
• Support teachers with classroom materials, lesson delivery resources, and assessment schedules.
• Ensure timely distribution and collection of assessments, worksheets, and reports.
• Maintain and update digital content records, reports, and communication logs.
• Identify classroom needs and communicate them effectively to the content and operations team.
• Assist in implementing new teaching resources and feedback systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, English, or related field preferred).
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Good computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, file management).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently within a school environment.
• Positive, proactive, and organized personality.

Work Mode:

• Full-time, On-site — This is not a remote or hybrid position.
• Monday to Saturday
