Job Title: Program Advisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented program advisor with a strong command of Excel and Word to join our institute (National College of Business Administration and Economics) academic support team. The Program Advisor will play a crucial role in assisting students with program requirements, academic planning, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance to students on program requirements, course selection, and academic planning.

2. Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain detailed academic records and reports.

3. Prepare and update program documentation using Microsoft Word, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

4. Collaborate with faculty and staff to implement effective academic support initiatives.

5. Assist in the development and improvement of academic advising processes.

6. Conduct workshops and training sessions for students on effective use of Excel and Word for academic purposes.

7. Stay informed about university policies, academic program changes, and industry trends.

8. Participate in orientation programs to introduce new students to academic resources.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.

2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets, reports, and documents.

3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

4. Previous experience in academic advising or a related field is an asset.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

6. Demonstrated commitment to student success and academic excellence.
