-- Job description:

● Formal Child progress Assessments – Quarterly

● ONE ON ONE - INTERVIEW READINESS implementations.

● School application tracking.

● Progress reports to parents – Quarterly

● Life & Social skills – Daily – To ensure Sparkers stand out of the crowd & will contribute to our overall calm.

● Week 1 parent & child orientation – Get to know the parents/ child & ensure smooth transition into the classroom & Sparks way. Parent’s expectations & their impression is set here.

● Daily presence at reception at peak home time (1.5hours) engagement & communication with each parent expressing new things, moments, changes, FYIs of their Sparkers progress. This demonstrates that we are fully aware.

● Curriculum Framework & goals – a strict outline of each stage objectives & delivery methods.

● Child Behavior issues (meetings/ Plans/ follow up alongside behavior therapist). Learning Difficulties & one-on-one plans

● Monitor Deploy staff training on child engagement, phycology, strategies on how to deal with children & best practices (reporting to Operations & quality Assurance Director)

● Ensure the above processes/ templates/ reports are documented & formalized for future use.
