Academic Coordinator (IGCSE)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and organized Academic Coordinator (IGCSE) to support the smooth delivery of our educational programs. This position acts as a key bridge between the academic team, teachers, students, and school leadership. If you're passionate about education and academic excellence, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Academic Advisor and Head of Cycle 2 to implement curriculum plans
  • Monitor academic progress and help develop intervention strategies
  • Guide and support teachers in meeting academic standards
  • Maintain accurate academic records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations
  • Organize and coordinate professional development sessions
  • Facilitate regular communication with parents and students

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching or academic support
  • Previous experience in the UAE education sector is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced academic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
