We are seeking a creative and well-organized Educational Event Organiser to plan, coordinate, and execute events that inspire and promote educational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage educational events, workshops, seminars, and exhibitions. Coordinate with speakers, trainers, and external partners for event participation. Develop event timelines, budgets, and promotional plans. Oversee venue setup, logistics, and resource allocation. Manage event registration, invitations, and follow-up communication. Promote events through social media, email campaigns, and printed materials. Ensure smooth execution of events and address any issues promptly. Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Proven experience in event planning and coordination (educational sector preferred). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc., is a plus).
