Academic Coordinator Intern (Male)

Job Summary

The Office Executive is responsible for supporting academic and operational activities by managing class operations, student records, instructor coordination, attendance systems, and administrative documentation. The role ensures smooth daily functioning of classes, accurate record keeping, effective communication with students, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily class operations, including live class arrangements, scheduling, and coordination
  • Handle class recordings and maintain student records, including Branch students
  • Monitor instructor attendance and ensure smooth and disciplined class conduct
  • Supervise ongoing classes to maintain proper coordination and academic discipline
  • Manage printed student certificates and maintain Branch-related documentation
  • Provide reception support on weekends when required
  • Coordinate and resolve basic IT-related issues, including class systems, internet connectivity, and troubleshooting
  • Follow assigned shift timings strictly as per management instructions
  • Collect, document, and report student feedback for continuous improvement
  • Add and manage students in official communication platforms such as WhatsApp groups and LMS
  • Coordinate orientation activities, including session arrangements, photography, and refreshment management
  • Manage student attendance records for paid and unpaid students, both online and onsite
  • Share class schedules and important updates with students through official communication channels
  • Assist management and accounts teams in recovery and follow-up activities
  • Mark and update daily attendance on the NAVTTC portal accurately
  • Maintain biometric and manual attendance registers
  • Manage student leave records and ensure proper documentation
  • Handle student complaints professionally and maintain an updated complaint register
  • Assist in NTS-related preparation, portal registrations, and coordination
  • Support degree submission documentation and verification processes
  • Enter, update, and maintain final assessment marks on the relevant portal
  • Coordinate degree receiving and ensure proper handover to students with documentation

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per month
