Qualification:

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Education or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct class observations and offer constructive feedback.
• Coordinate and oversee academic, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities in collaboration with other administrative staff.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
• Embrace technology, research, and stay updated with online resources.
• Regularly train teachers in effective teaching techniques.
• Develop, adapt, and proficiently implement the curriculum for the primary/secondary school throughout the term.

Skills:

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective team player with good interpersonal skills.

Experience: At least 3 or more years of experience in a network school.
