Head of Academics / Academic Lead

A growing Cambridge-pathway school in B-17 is seeking a passionate and organised Academic Lead to support the development of our academic programme.

Key Responsibilities

Support teachers with lesson planning and curriculum delivery

Monitor student progress and academic standards

Assist with assessments and reporting

Support classroom management and discipline systems

Help strengthen the school’s academic culture

Requirements

8–15 years teaching experience

Strong English communication

Organised and leadership-minded

Experience with Cambridge or British curriculum preferred

Salary: upto 60,000 – 75,000 (depending on experience)

Growth Opportunity: As the school expands, the role may develop into a senior leadership position.
