Salary Range: 10K-15K EGP Per month, depending on experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience as a Teacher Trainer, Academic Coordinator, or Senior English Teacher.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
Experience in early childhood education is preferred.

Role Responsibility & Processes Title (Academic Coordinator) (Curriculum Supervisor & LSS implementation)
Role requirements Subject, but not limited to:
organization of teachers, create and implement lesson plans, ensure implementation of Sparks Way, processes, policies and procedures. Apply LSS through positive discipline and child phycology to Sparkers and parents.

Our aim is to nurture each and every Sparker into becoming role models & toddlers that stand out of the crowd. We do this through Life & Social Skills where we strengthen their characters and personality in a family vibe environment. Sparkers are caring, hygiene aware, respectful, follow instructions, are well educated (in more than the traditional areas of education) and possess the ability to express their feelings in a mannerly way.
Target Area and need (Job Description) ● Formal Child progress Assessments – Quarterly ● ONE ON ONE - INTERVIEW READINESS implementations. ● School application tracking. ● Progress reports to parents – Quarterly ● Life & Social skills – Daily – To ensure Sparkers stand out of the crowd & will contribute to our overall calm.
● Week 1 parent & child orientation – Get to know the parents/ child & ensure smooth transition into the classroom & Sparks way. Parent’s expectations & their impression is set here. ● Daily presence at reception at peak home time (1.5hours) engagement & communication with each parent expressing new things, moments, changes, FYIs of their Sparkers progress. This demonstrates that we are fully aware. . ● Curriculum Framework & goals – a strict outline of each stage objectives & delivery methods. ● Child Behaviour issues (meetings/ Plans/ follow up alongside behavior therapist). Learning Difficulties & one-on-one plans ● Monitor Deploy staff training on child engagement, phycology, strategies on how to deal with children & best practices (reporting to Operations & quality Assurance Director) ● Ensure the above processes/ templates/ reports are documented & formalized for future use. ● 12 months Lesson plan creation and implementation sheets, objectives, resources list. ● Create Art & Crafts ideas in conjunction with the theme and art teacher. ● Events and wow factor aligned with event coordinator ● Own and prepare sensory lesson plan for the month ● Own and prepare Science lesson plan for the month ● 12 month LSS & Focus transitional rules schedule ● Classroom organization & work flow ● Teacher liaison (Relationship/ team building) ● Teacher training and week one orientation. ● Ensure smooth transition of Preschool day – scheduling, timetable, staff attendance. ● Health & Hygiene & Safety ● Nannies job description implementation in class in alliance with manager ● I Care daily reports, credibility & approval monitor ● I Care comments about each child are personalized. ● Acknowledge and know the ins and outs of each Sparker & their focus areas.
Key responsibility – detailed.
● Lesson plan creation and implementation strategies and supervision. Create, circulate and prepare (gather) resources to ensure lesson plan implementation per subject in line with the American Early Learning Standards. Each lesson plan must be play based, incorporates all resources, LSS and enforces our Sparks way (transitional and dos and don'ts) along with weekly items that are repeated i.e brushing teeth once a week. Sparks works on a ‘3 stations’ strategy. Class is split into 3 groups, each lesson has 3 stations revolving around the objective. 1) Sensory 2) Academic 3) Montessori/ experimental WEEKLY lesson plan to have FOCUS TRANSITIONAL RULE of the week (WRAP UP, CLEAN UP, LINE UP/ PUSHCHAIRS IN) and MAIN LSS function of the week (MAY I PLEASE?/ JACKET ON,OFF/ PERSONAL SPACE AND MY TURN/ COUGHING ETIQUETTE IN ELBOW) LESSON PLAN and resources sharing: Daily, very detailed lesson plan to be provided to the team 1 full work day PRIOR allowing time to prepare. Brief teachers and answer questions in relation to the implementation of the activities & teaching via weekly meeting for the following week. Provide written feedback about the lesson plans and their functionality / age suitability/ activities to ensure edits are captured as to improve for the next time as the lesson is being conducted.
MONTHLY SUNDAY week 3 - Prepare and lock in the following ● Liaise with events coordinator for ‘wow’ factors. ● Meet with Nursery Managers to discuss following month theme and requirements, ● Work on collecting ideas and resources for the month's plan. ● Create Art & Crafts ideas in conjunction with the theme and art teacher. ● Own and prepare sensory lesson plan for the month ● Own and prepare Science lesson plan for the month ● Create Resources list for all 3 lesson plans (pertaining to the curriculum, sensory and science resources required) and handed over to accounts for approval. ● Create/ Buy/ put together all the resources and play based ideas based on objective.
MONTHLY SUNDAY week 4 - ● What Will Sparkers Learn ready for upload. ● Meeting with teachers about the following month's theme, LSS & Rules objectives. ● Send the lesson plan & songs VIA PDF / pre downloaded files( Not youtube links) ● Link to the google drive folder that contains all the sheets required to send to Nursery Manager to ensure printing and handing out. ● Have everything required to fully implement the lesson objective, in a unified manner across both branches, ready, printed, briefed and with the teachers THURSDAY before the week commences. ● Everything is to be printed. Resources sheets, objectives on the computer unified, computer created and printed to ensure each location and age group produce the same results in the highest of standards.
