About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Academic Counselor to guide students in choosing the right academic programs, assist with project support, and provide career-oriented advice. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to help students achieve their academic and career goals.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on academic programs, career options, and project guidance.
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or services.
• Assist students with project planning, timelines, and execution.
• Maintain student records and track progress.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and group orientations.
• Build relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
• Achieve counseling and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Prior experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or student advisory is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Empathy, patience, and a student-first mindset.
