- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, and career opportunities.
- Understand student needs and recommend appropriate academic programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets set by the management.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and persuasion.
- Conduct counselling sessions via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person meetings.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Provide accurate information about course fees, documentation, and admission procedures.
- Build strong relationships with students to support higher conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding.
