At EduParis, we guide students toward their dream careers abroad. We are looking for a passionate Student Counselor who can mentor, support, and inspire students as they take their next big step.

We’re looking for dynamic professionals who can blend sales expertise with great communication to successfully guide leads into admissions.

What You’ll Do

• Interact with students in a supportive and friendly manner, helping them with academic, personal, and career-related queries.
• Guide students in setting clear goals and creating actionable plans to achieve them.
• Provide assistance with admission processes, application preparation, and entrance tests.
• Offer career counseling sessions tailored to students’ skills, interests, and aspirations.
• Resolve conflicts between students, parents, and teachers while keeping student growth as the priority.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling to strengthen decision-making and confidence.
• Share resources and information about courses, careers, and opportunities abroad

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in counseling, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of admissions, placements, and career development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – with the ability to truly connect with students.
• Patient, empathetic, and approachable personality.
• Good problem-solving and mediation abilities.
• An eye for understanding student behavior and needs.

Experience

• Looking for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the relevant field

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
