Academic Dean

Asti Academy is seeking an experienced and visionary Academic Dean to lead academic operations and support the strategic growth of the institution. This is a full-time leadership position based in the UAE, best suited for a seasoned academic professional with strong international experience and a background in STEM education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of academic programs.
• Oversee institutional accreditation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Implement academic quality assurance and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support faculty, ensuring high standards in teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align academic goals with institutional strategy.
• Maintain and update academic policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in higher education (Dean or Director level preferred).
• Strong expertise in curriculum development, faculty management, and academic quality.
• Direct involvement in accreditation processes.
• PhD in a STEM field or a closely related discipline is required.
• International academic experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
