Providing Academic support to all teachers with different set of curriculums regarding their implementation to the desired level and providing personal training to ensure their improvement.

To enhance the classroom management, teaching skills & students understanding with regular follow-ups and personal support to all teachers.

Handling the examinations paperwork for the school by preparing Blueprints, examination paper and analyzing the students based on the papers taken.

Provide support and guidance to academic trainees with proper training schedule in order to enhance their teaching skills and make them versed with curriculum.

Set educational standards & goals, developing educational quality through audits and checkbacks, establishing policies and procedures, also preparing schools for quality audit.

Effective communicator with excellent relationship management, time management, public speaking, interpersonal communication, self-motivation and strong problem-solving skills.

Work with parents, teachers and in charges to address students' academic and other problems.

Conceptualizing and developing various initiatives for teaching subjects as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the teaching schedule by creating proper reporting structure.

Interface with all stakeholders of the school for academics, meeting their expectations, solving their problems and queries and putting them all on the same page

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Academic Manager for Publication Or Edtech Company: 3 years (Required)
  • Training and development: 3 years (Required)
  • Content Development: 2 years (Required)
