Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Academic Director to lead our academic programs, oversee curriculum development, and ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning. This role requires a visionary leader with strong educational expertise, administrative skills, and a passion for student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement academic policies, curriculum frameworks, and teaching standards.
• Lead faculty recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate academic performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align programs with institutional goals.
• Oversee accreditation processes and compliance with educational regulations.
• Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in academic leadership or school administration.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment practices.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire faculty and staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
