Role Overview

We are looking for an Education Director to lead and oversee our educational operations. This role requires a strategic professional with expertise in academic leadership, curriculum development, and institutional management. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of teaching, student engagement, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational strategies aligned with Instituto Joao Ayres’ mission.
• Oversee curriculum design, teaching standards, and student performance.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies.
• Monitor KPIs, academic performance, and student satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, resources, and partnerships with external organizations.
• Lead and mentor academic teams, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Represent Instituto Joao Ayres in educational forums and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (Doctorate preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in academic management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, pedagogy, and institutional governance.
• Proven track record of managing educational programs and driving student success.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural academic environment.

Pay: Up to KD2,600.000 per month
