• Lead academic operations for NEET & JEE programs (Lakshya™, ScoreBooster™ etc).
• Build dream faculty team & shape AI-backed course structure.
• Make learning cinematic, personalized, and smart.
• Be the brain behind India’s next-gen academic empire.

3. WHAT WE WANT

• IITian / Doctor / Senior faculty with hunger to *build, not just teach*.
• 5+ yrs experience with strong NEET/JEE background (Allen, Aakash, Marrow types).
• Startup mindset + obsession for innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
