Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and oversee the development of a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and fosters the holistic growth of preschoolers.

Teacher Supervision: Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support and evaluation for preschool teachers to ensure high-quality instruction.

Student Assessment: Implement assessment strategies to monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents regarding children's development.

Parent Communication: Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and encouraging their involvement in their child's education.

Classroom Environment: Create and maintain an engaging, safe, and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Resource Management: Manage educational materials, resources, and budgets efficiently to support the preschool's educational objectives.

Professional Development: Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and promote continuous professional development for staff.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing and accreditation standards, as well as local and national educational guidelines.

Problem Solving: Address any educational or behavioral issues that may arise among students, teachers, or parents, and implement solutions effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Relevant experience in preschool education, including teaching and leadership roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
