Academic Head Supervisor

About the Academy: We are a leading online academy specializing in teaching Qur’an, Islamic Studies, and Arabic for non-native speakers, delivering high-quality education to students worldwide.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Educational Supervisor ( Strong Islamic Background Alima, hafiza,etc) to oversee and enhance the academic and administrative processes of our online educational programs.

Work Type:

● Fully remote / online position Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise and monitor the entire educational process to ensure teachers are delivering high academic standards.

● Supervise teacher recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.

● Evaluate teachers’ performance, Training and provide continuous guidance and feedback.

● Develop, review, and improve curricula, lesson plans, and teaching methodologies.

● Ensure compliance with the academy’s educational policies and quality standards.

● Coordinate between teachers, administration, and management to achieve educational goals.

● Prepare periodic academic and performance reports.

● Follow up on students’ progress and address academic challenges.

● Utilize digital tools and educational platforms effectively to enhance learning outcomes. Required Qualifications & Experience:

● Minimum 5 years of experience in educational supervision for online academies specializing in Qur’an, Islamic Studies, or Arabic for non-native speakers.

● Strong background in educational management and academic supervision.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Experience in managing and interacting with social media platforms.

● Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

● Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.

6 - 7 hours Mon- Saturday
