Key Responsibilities and Impact Areas

1. Holistic Student Development & Mentorship

• Be a Trusted Guide: Serve as a primary mentor, building strong, positive relationships to support students through academic, emotional, and social challenges in a residential setting.
• Enrich Student Life: Develop, organize, and lead engaging extracurricular clubs, activities, and growth programs that extend learning beyond the classroom.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Collaborate closely with teaching faculty and counselors to swiftly identify and address student concerns, ensuring timely and effective intervention.

2. Driving Academic Achievement

• Performance Monitoring: Systematically track and monitor student grades, attendance, and progress, acting immediately when a student shows signs of struggle.
• Progress Evaluation: Administer regular quizzes and assessments to gauge student comprehension and the effectiveness of lessons.
• Personalized Support: Partner with teachers to design and implement individualized study plans tailored to help students who are struggling catch up or those who are excelling push further.

3. Essential Parent Partnership

• Open Communication: Maintain regular, transparent communication with parents regarding their child’s academic standing and personal development.
• Engaging Meetings: Plan and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss progress, collaborative goals, and strategies for success.
• Home Support Guidance: Counsel parents on effective ways to reinforce and support their child’s educational journey at home.

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain Records: Diligently keep accurate, up-to-date records of student attendance, academic scores, disciplinary incidents, and test results.
• Performance Analysis: Generate clear, analytical reports using student data to illustrate performance trends for school leadership and parent reviews.
• Tech Proficiency: Utilize school management software (MIS/other systems) efficiently for streamlined record-keeping and data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A demonstrable passion for student motivation and guidance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling easy rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret academic data (e.g., test scores) to inform targeted intervention strategies.
• Comfortable and proficient in using computer software/MIS systems for efficient record-keeping and data management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
